Teens, adults share their pain and their support during Challenge Day at Richards High SchoolUploader: Meztikora 2 month ago Subscribe 8
Cross The Line is done in silence out of respect for those crossing, and the use of the hand signal is really important in building empathy and compassion during this activity. Our experience-based learning process is more effective than longer programs requiring more school resources. To support these youth, we work carefully and confidentially to identify them and get them the follow-up counseling support they deserve. How much does Challenge Day cost? The program is a great place to bring together parents, teachers, administrators, school board members, representatives from local civic organizations, law enforcement, fire departments, the Chamber of Commerce, local businesses or corporations, community foundations, local nonprofits, influential community members, and potential funding sources. Challenge Day demonstrates another way, towards the ways of peace, relationship, non-judgment and real love.
