André is so good at it and he kind of inspires me in that way. I highly recommend practicing some hip flexor stretches standing or kneeling and some glute activation work like supine glute bridges. Haha, we were already so warm after walking outside in phuket trying to find a gym and then when we started working out, the sweat just poured like crazy!
